Rocking Autistic Wellbeing
Music can be a source of great joy and regulation for us. It can also be the closest ‘language’ to communicate how we feel and that can more fully capture our internal experiences. In this session bring along that song or music piece that trully resonates for or your instrument to play/perform a piece. Each attendee will share their piece for a group listen and then we want to hear about why this selection is special to you. Group members will have a chance to share their impressions as well. Rocking Autistic Wellbeing will be an ongoing Neurokindred group offering.
What to Bring:
-A piece of music/track to share
-If you would like your ‘what it means to me’ read out, please complete the Google Form.
