Niche, Neglected, Neurocomplex, Naughty, Noxious, iNnovative & Nefarious Cauldrons
Cauldrons (‘N’ themes) will each have a separate room for mini passion/pet peeve/scathingly brilliant ideas/info-dump shares on topics that fit the theme. What’s that passion that you desperately want to deeply discuss, that opinion no one wants to hear, that topic that burns for you but makes others uncomfortable-Caudrons are here for all that richness. An uninterrupted 10 minutes to voice, text, have readout your unique ‘ingredient’.
Each participant will select a Cauldron theme that fits their ‘ingredient’.
Facilitator will read out your name and topic and the reason submitted for why your ‘ingredient’ fits this Cauldron.

5 ingredients per room.
Attendees complete a Google Form and indicate which topics/speakers they wish to continue the conversation with.
Sharers will then be able to contact interested parties directly by email to continue discussion.

DotJess collaborates with community-focused organisations, non-profits, and purpose-driven projects to deliver accessible design, user-friendly platforms, and innovative tech solutions that prioritise real people and meaningful impact. Sessions are available remotely via Zoom, with flexible support tailored to client needs.

Jade Lee is an Autistic and ADHD Developmental Educator who uses a person-centered, neuro-affirming approach tailored to individuals and families.
She specialises in supporting self-determination, identity, and neurodivergent awareness, particularly for teenagers and adults, including those who are late identified.
As a former teacher, Jade also works with schools to implement neuro-affirming practices for students and staff.
She offers sessions online and in-person.
She additionally works for the University of Woolongong as a tutor for the Graduate Certificate and Master of Autism and Neurodivergent Studies and as a research assistant.

Karen is a late diagnosed AuDHDer with C-PTSD, GAD, from a multigenerational, multiply neurodivergent family with 3 ND young adult children. Karen has 30+ years of clinical experience working in areas of diagnostics, oncological therapy and research in the public sector, and for the past 10 years in pathology collection for the private sector. For much of her parenting journey Karen felt isolated. Since recognising her AuDHD, she has been on a new path advocating for system changes in education, learning all she can about neurodiversity and healing while rewriting the narratives of her life. Noblekinnections is her passion project where she shares her lived experience, supports and mentors peers and continues to rewrite her own story while helping others. Social justice doing through peer work with a Narrative approach has become her latest passion.

Linda Tuxford-Adams is an integrative counsellor & educator with lived experience, with a background in psychology, education, group facilitation, research and counselling.
She is a late-identified AuDHD adult with Complex PTSD, passionate about providing neuro-affirming, trauma-sensitive, accessible, affordable support for late-identified Autistic adults.
She founded Neurokindred in 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology (Honours) and Education, a Graduate Certificate in Autism & Neurodivergent Studies, and is pursuing a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy. She also holds certifications as a Certified Autism Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), ADHD Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CSP), and Trauma Treatment Professional (CTTP I & II).
Her therapeutic approach draws from many modalities, including parts work, narrative therapy, trauma coaching & psychoeducation, sensori-motor practice, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, therapeutic art, bibliotherapy, scriptotherapy. She emphasises honouring neurodivergent neurology, self-exploration, and connection to neurokin.

Freya Pinney

Freya Pinney (she/her), aka The Process Repository, is an Autistic Artist and Neurodivergent Affirming Creative Arts Therapist exploring concepts around identity and their relationship to the body. As a lesbian, her work also engages with and explores gender, sexuality, history, critical theory and processes these themes across multiple media – from textiles to painting, sound, video, performance and sculpture.
She owns and runs TART Gallery (a free community tiny art gallery) and POP TART Gallery (a pop-up tiny gallery with art for sale). She has been exhibiting art since 1995 in group and solo shows in SE Queensland, around Australia and in Japan, the UK and the USA. With a BA in Visual Arts with Hons from QUT and MA in fine arts by research from QCA, Griffith University, she currently works in private practice as a Neurodivergent Affirming Creative Arts Therapist.
She has published on Neurodivergent Affirming Therapeutic Arts Practice within JOCAT Australia and presented on Somatic Experiencing and Autistic Emotions at the 15th IEATA conference in Taiwan. Her creative writing has been published in The Neurodiversity Times (USA). Her artwork can be seen on the cover of the Australian Federal Government Attorney-General Department’s Disability and Mental Health Action Plan 2022-25. Her chapter ‘Hidden in Plain Sight’ is published within the book on the intersection of disability and sexuality, ‘In Our Words’, edited by Yenn Purkis and Wayne Herbert. She recently contributed to, edited and published the ShareSpace Writing Group Anthology, and regularly performs spoken word online with Prickly Pear (UK) and Gestalt Poetry (USA), and is one of 2024’s feature artists in the Zine project by Dwelling Art Magazine.
In her spare time, she does Viking Reenactment and hosts lesbian pool parties.
