Self Compassion Alumni Panel

The inaugural Self Compassion Study Hub & Group Practice Space was developed by Melody Edwardson in response to research findings from the Aspect Self Compassion for Autistic Adults Program. The purpose was to create a facilitated group experience to enable discussion, practice and supported adaptation of concepts and self compassion practices. This group space provided containment, allowing for the ‘safe-enough’ exploration of challenging yet essential aspects of self-compassion with peers.

They ran for 6 sessions with the same 8 peers.

Panel members: Alumni Deb, Gabby and along with Melody and special Guest Dr Ru Cai-describe their experiences with the course materials, self compassion practices and their recommendations for those thinking of attending in the future.
