Regulating Autistic Wellbeing

Learn to gently release everyday stress with neuro-affirming Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT-Tapping). Melody will explain the benefits of tapping and how to integrate it into daily life. This practical session includes two guided tapping experiences (one verbal, one drawing-based, no artistic skill required), resources, and follow-up support. A prize draw for 5 free EFT Tapping sessions with Melody will be gifted to a session attendee.

What to Bring:

-Bottle of water

-4 pieces of paper (any size)

-pens, pencils, crayons ( whatever you have at hand)

Bring along 2 everyday stressful incidents you would like to let go of to tap on.  No sharing required.
