David Gray-Hammond is an Autistic, ADHD, and Schizophrenic professional based in the South-East of England.
He is known for his social media content under the Emergent Divergence pseudonym, and a multiply published author.
David has published academic research on autism, consulted on a range of topics and initiatives impacting Autistic people, and was a shortlisted nominee for the 2025 Positive Role Model For Disability award at the National Diversity Awards in the UK, selected from over 87,000 nominations.
David is a father, a writer, an activist, and focuses all his work through the lens of being the person he needed when he was struggling to find his place in the world.

Katie Munday (they/them) is an Autistic, OCD, and ADHD community researcher, consultant, and advocate committed to improving health equity. They have been substance-free since 2012 and co-founded the Autistic Substance Use Network (ASUN), using their lived experience and research to influence policy and services for Autistic folks. Katie’s work centres on harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and amplifying the voices of trans and gender-diverse Autistic people. They are currently pursuing their PhD exploring health and social care inequities for transgender and gender diverse Autistic adults.

Tanya Adkin

Autistic (PDA) and ADHD
Tanya Adkin is an Autistic (PDA) and ADHD professional supporting independent social workers around autism and neurodiversity. She works frontline ensuring that best possible outcomes are acheived for Autistic people and their families using both professional and lived experience.
Tanya has a master’s degree in Autism studies and works as an independent academic, most recently co-founding the Autistic Substance Use Network (ASUN) to advance research into the topic of Autistic experiences of Substance Use.
