For lovers of this animated movie, its soundtrack, its themes or just in love with Derpy-this light-hearted discussion space is for you. Possible emergent topics mental health themes, lyrics, soundtrack, conspiracies, fandom favs (e.g. crochet, cosplay, merch etc), predictions on future installments, dances, fav TikToks etc etc. After an hour of these delights we’ll all enjoy a chance to sing along to the 6 hits from the movie. Bonus points if anyone can hit the Korean parts or has the dance moves down. There will be a vote on fav song too.

Jade Lee is an Autistic and ADHD Developmental Educator who uses a person-centered, neuro-affirming approach tailored to individuals and families.
She specialises in supporting self-determination, identity, and neurodivergent awareness, particularly for teenagers and adults, including those who are late identified.
As a former teacher, Jade also works with schools to implement neuro-affirming practices for students and staff.
She offers sessions online and in-person.
She additionally works for the University of Woolongong as a tutor for the Graduate Certificate and Master of Autism and Neurodivergent Studies and as a research assistant.

Linda Tuxford-Adams is an integrative counsellor & educator with lived experience, with a background in psychology, education, group facilitation, research and counselling.
She is a late-identified AuDHD adult with Complex PTSD, passionate about providing neuro-affirming, trauma-sensitive, accessible, affordable support for late-identified Autistic adults.
She founded Neurokindred in 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology (Honours) and Education, a Graduate Certificate in Autism & Neurodivergent Studies, and is pursuing a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy. She also holds certifications as a Certified Autism Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), ADHD Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CSP), and Trauma Treatment Professional (CTTP I & II).
Her therapeutic approach draws from many modalities, including parts work, narrative therapy, trauma coaching & psychoeducation, sensori-motor practice, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, therapeutic art, bibliotherapy, scriptotherapy. She emphasises honouring neurodivergent neurology, self-exploration, and connection to neurokin.

Kahlia Sherman is a Lived Experience Peer Professional, Peer Mentor & Group Facilitator.
At Neurokindred, Kahlia is a Program Coordinator, peer group facilitator, and provides text-based peer mentoring services.
They are also involved in administration and lead the accessibility support teams for Neurokindred’s Thriving Autistically events.
