Page-Turning Autistic Wellbeing
SpIn This SpIns group invites you to explore the world of fantasy literature through the lens of Autistic wellbeing. Participants will dive into the healing power of books and bibliotherapy, sharing their favorite reads and characters that resonate with their experiences.Bring along your favorite book or blog recommendations and join a lively discussion on what makes reading such a powerful source of well-being. Participants will be encouraged to share their favorite series, the most relatable characters, and why the act of reading holds a special place in their lives. The session will also introduce the concept of bibliotherapy—how reading can be a therapeutic tool for self-reflection, connection, and emotional support.
