This is an online Autism & ADHD specific counselling service, tailored to fit around your needs as an Autistic or ADHD adult.
Autistic adults struggle more than most to find the right therapist or therapy for them - and not because they are doing anything wrong, but it can sure feel like that. This is even more the case for Autistic women. In reality, many therapists are not well equipped to adapt their counselling to the needs of Autistics.
This counselling service is designed to be neurodiversity affirming, meaning that Jacqueline changes their approach to therapy and makes adjustments to make the counselling process safer and more effective to fit the needs of your neurotype.
Other neurotypes are also welcome.

Jacqueline is a registered AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) counsellor, supervisor, writer, and educator. They primarily work with Autistic & ADHD adults as well as those who have experienced trauma. They also offer parent coaching and work with couples, including with ND/NT couples.
Jacqueline uses an integrative therapy framework, meaning that they utilise and combine different therapy approaches. This is because they don’t think that one single approach has all of the answers, but also because they don’t believe that people should have to try and fit into a particular therapy model. Some of the models that they use include person-centred (Rogerian) therapy, solution focused therapy, parts therapy, and somatic therapy.
They have a calm and relaxed approach.
Jacqueline aims to provide a space for you where you can safely explore your current and past experiences, build on your strengths and learn new strategies & perspectives, to create the change you are wanting to see in your life.
