Chakra Alignment for Affirming Autistic Identity

Chakra Alignment for Affirming Autistic Identity is an experiential space with Gabrielle Hall, running as a Neurokindred pilot. Nine weeks, one chakra each week, together on Zoom on Tuesday mornings.

Gabby's approach is gentle and slow. Each session opens with her teaching and a meditation, using imagery, presence and self compassion practice. After that the recording stops and the group has time to talk together.

Everything is an invitation. Cameras on or off, take what is useful and leave the rest. There is no cost to take part. Places are limited to 10 people.

Gabby records the teaching and meditation part only, so she can build her own course later. The group discussion is never recorded.
