Description

Jaqueline Gibbs offers online clinical and professional supervision. This is suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists and other allied health professionals, as well as Support Workers and other professionals who would like to have supervised practice.

They are registered with the ACA as an approved supervisor.

Jacqueline offers both individual and group supervision.

Individual supervision is offered throughout the week, including outside business hours. Discounts apply for new practitioners.

Approach
Jacqueline uses a person-centred, strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach. This serves as the lens to help understand your clients, but also you as the practitioner.

Some of the things that are worked on in supervision include:
- identify, understand and address ethical issues
- monitor your mental health and burn out cycle
- work through business development and utilising effective and ethical business processes
- case consultations
- work through common issues in counselling, such as transference, parallel processing
- identify areas for development and work through professional issues, such as scope of practice, intake, terminating clients and others
